Shipping Policy

Every OOPS mosaic is made to order from your photo, so each kit is produced specifically for you before it ships.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time Because kits are custom-made, we produce your order before shipping. Production takes 1–3 business days from the time you place your order (or from the time we confirm any photo/size/finish changes).

Shipping time After production, orders ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times are set by the carrier and typically take about 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the service and your location. We'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your kit.

Shipping cost Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your kit — because each mosaic is a different size, kits vary in weight, so your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.

Order tracking Once your kit ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays Made-to-order production and carrier delays (holidays, weather) can occasionally extend these estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, email us and we'll help.

Lost or damaged in transit If your order is lost, or arrives damaged or with missing pieces, contact us within 14 days of delivery (with a photo for damage) and we'll make it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
