Everything we make chases one small moment of joy — when you see it and think: Oops, I need it.

The five questions everyone asks.
What makes a great photo for a mosaic? +
A mosaic is built from a limited set of colored pins, so it rewards clear, simple images: one clear subject, good lighting, strong contrast with the background, and the subject filling most of the frame. Faces carry the most detail, so give them room — for portraits, lean toward a larger canvas. Busy scenes, low light, faces far from the camera, and heavily filtered shots struggle. When in doubt, crop tighter.
Will my photo actually look good as a mosaic? +
You'll know before you pay. Upload it to the free builder and see the exact render — faces, pets, dark photos, all of it. What you preview is an honest representation of the real pins, not a stylized mock-up. If you don't love it, you haven't spent anything.
How long does the build take? +
Roughly 400–800 pins per hour, depending on experience — a small piece is an evening, a large one is a few relaxed sessions. The builder shows a live estimate for your exact size. Some people race, some savor it.
What if I make a mistake — or lose a pin? +
Pins lift out and snap back in — nothing is glued, and a pin tool for placing and lifting is in the box. We include spare pins too. If anything arrives damaged or missing, email hello@oopsineedit.com with your order number and we'll send replacements.
How long until it arrives? +
We sort your pins by color, pack your kit, and ship it — usually within 3–5 business days, via UPS or USPS anywhere in the US. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and tracking arrives the moment it leaves our table.
