Returns & Refunds

Because every OOPS mosaic is made to order from your own photo, our policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf products.

Preview before you pay. You design and preview your mosaic for free in your browser before ordering. Nothing goes into production until you place your order — so you always know exactly what you’re getting.

Made-to-order items. Because kits are personalized and produced specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces — or we made a mistake on our end — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace the affected parts or remake your kit at no cost.

Cancellations & changes. Need to change your photo, size, or finish, or cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and before your kit enters production, and we’ll sort it out. Once production begins, we can’t change or cancel an order.

Lost or delayed shipments. If your order is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
